The Multicolor Giant Betta is a freshwater fish with a breathtaking, vibrant color pattern covering its body and fins in red, orange, white, black and blue. Metallic scales catch the light and add to the visual interest of this dramatic looking Betta. The Multicolor Giant Betta grows to a noticeably larger size than other Betta varieties.

The Multicolor Giant Betta shares the same care requirements as other Betta splendens varieties. As such, only one male Betta should be kept in an aquarium. In the natural environment, Bettas live in slow or standing bodies of water, such as floodplains, canals, and rice patties so do not require a larger tank environment as other fish, but care should be taken not to house them in jars or bowls. The Multicolor Giant Betta is a carnivore and should be offered a varied diet including quality flake foods, pelleted Betta food, and frozen or freeze-dried bloodworms and brine shrimp.
